By using the service you understand and agree that we are providing an application that retrieves your photos, dates of photos, and photo tags (collectively, "user content") from social media platforms, analyzes user content, then generates graphical representations (“end-product,” “end-products,” “product,” or “products”) of the user content. By granting access to your social media data, you expressly consent to huelab.me’s disclosure and use of your personal information, including email or direct messaging to communicate with you.
Analytics tools are used to measure various user metrics. These tools collect information sent by your browser, including web pages you visit, geographic data, and other device demographics. This data is used internally to help us improve the service.
Within the service, users may make user content or products publicly available. Data made publicly available may be searched, indexed or accessed by other users or outside parties.
If users share end-products to platforms outside the service, huelab.me may not control security of that data. All data shared to outside platforms may be searched, indexed or accessed by other users or outside parties. Data is subject to the terms and policies on the platform in which it is shared or distributed.
Huelab is built on Facebook’s privacy, authentication, and permissions system. No data is displayed to a user unless that user has properly authenticated with Facebook and has permission to that user content.
Analytics tools are used to measure user traffic acquisition, trends, and usage metrics. These tools collect information sent by your browser, including source and destination URLs, web request details, IP address, browser type, geographic location, click or tap interactions, domain names, pages viewed, device operating system, or user demographics. This data is used internally to help us improve the service.
Data collected in logs is provided by the user browser when requests or posts are made to the service. Data may also be logged when service content is downloaded by the browser.
Certain information is automatically recorded to logs, including source and destination URLs, web request details, IP address, browser type, geographic location, click or tap interactions, domain names, pages viewed, or device operating system.
By using the service you understand and agree that we are providing an application that retrieves your data from social media platforms, analyzes user content, then generates graphical end-products related to the user content.
While user content is analyzed and displayed through our service, personally identifiable data is transient, meaning data temporarily passes through huelab’s infrastructure or the user browser. To access any of the photos, data, dates, geodata, or other personally identifiable information associated with that Facebook ID, users must authenticate with a Facebook login. Users who view your shared huelab may have access to a fraction of your individual photos or other data. The viewer’s authorization to view user content will be confirmed before these photos are displayed to them within our service. Overall, no individual photos, dates, or related information are displayed to a user unless that user has properly authenticated with Facebook and has permission to that user content. Indirect personally identifiable information is stored to ensure full functionality of the service. An example of indirect personally identifiable information is a Facebook ID or object IDs. These IDs are used to match your huelab to user content.
Your passwords are never revealed to huelab. You can revoke huelab’s access to your social media accounts like Facebook at any time through the application settings of that social media service.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information except where explicitly authorized. For example, when purchasing a print, your information is given to CanvasPop for fulfillment of your order.
Your data is analyzed by the service with the purpose of generating graphical representations.
Any direct personally identifiable information is deleted soon after it is no longer needed.
You must be older than 13 years of age and we recommend minors between the ages of 14 and 18 ask and receive their parents’ consent before using or accessing the service.
These terms are effective January 1, 2014.
